The Telangana government established a high-level committee to quickly resolve land disputes under Section 22A of the Registration Act. This panel, headed by CCLA DS Lokesh Kumar, was announced by Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy during the September 18 session. The committee must examine properties on the prohibited list and resolve issues within one month. The government is also tackling 9,800 applications in LB Nagar and addressing stalled registrations in the Singareni coal belt. This move is part of the CM's broader 12-point action plan on land matters. π‘
