Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced plans for a new education policy to involve Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and Gen Beta. This initiative aligns with the 'Telangana Rising 2047' vision aiming for a $3 trillion economy by 2047. He targets increasing the state budget allocation for education to 15% from the previous 7.78% in 2025-26. A commission has submitted its report, which a committee led by K Keshav Rao will review for suggestions. The government has also introduced pre-primary classes and filled 10,006 teacher vacancies in the first year.
