๐๏ธ Supreme Court sets new holiday dates
The Supreme Court has declared Thursday, August 27, 2026, as a holiday after a request from SCAORA. This decision was approved by the Full Court and officially circulated on August 14. Consequently, Saturday, August 22, 2026, is now designated as a full working day for the Court and its Registry. This adjustment places the holiday between Milad-un-Nabi on August 26 and Raksha Bandhan on August 28. The move ensures a three-day break from August 26 to August 28, with Registry offices working until 5 pm on the 22nd.
