π¬ Pneumonia lookalike in 4-year-old is actually leukemia
A 4-year-old patient presented with symptoms resembling pneumonia, but investigations revealed a different issue. The patient was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This serious condition was presenting with a mediastinal mass, airway compression, and a pericardial effusion. The case highlights how atypical presentations can complicate pediatric diagnoses.
