⚠️ Pilots warn Tata about safety risks amid exodus
The Airline Pilots' Association of India (ALPA India) wrote an open letter to Noel Tata regarding safety concerns. This letter was addressed to Noel Tata, Chairman of Tata Trusts, concerning the exodus of experienced pilots from the Air India Group, especially at Air India Express. The association cited three incidents, including a tail strike, as evidence of operational risks. Pilots are leaving due to lower income, cut perks, and deteriorating working conditions. ALPA India demands competitive pay, better leave, and an independent safety review.
