india π£ Murugan asks TN govt to rethink Pattinapakkam plan
Union Minister of State L. Murugan urged the Tamil Nadu government to scrap the Pattinapakkam Secretariat complex project. He specifically mentioned that thousands of local fishermen rely on fishing for their daily livelihood in the area. This appeal was made after he attended a Rozgar Mela in Chennai on Saturday. Murugan emphasized that the construction would seriously jeopardize the established income sources of these fishermen. Furthermore, he also pushed for establishing Navodaya schools in every district of the state.
