📈 LEAP India IPO lands at 4% premium, misses GMP hopes
LEAP India, a leader in India's asset pooling industry, listed with a modest positive debut on Friday, August 14th. The company debuted at ₹166 on the BSE, showing a 4.40 per cent gain over the IPO price of ₹159. This listing fell short of expectations set by the grey market premium, which suggested a ₹172 price. The ₹2,480-crore IPO was heavily oversubscribed, with the QIB segment booking at 12.83 times. Moving forward, the company plans to use fresh proceeds for repaying borrowings and general corporate purposes.
