All three members of the JPSC Commission resigned on Sunday following protests over alleged irregularities in recruitment exams. This occurred in Jharkhand, where Governor Santosh Gangwar accepted the resignations of Ajita Bhattacharya, Anima Hansda, and Jamal Ahmed. The government agreed to cancel the 14th JPSC preliminary exam and two backlog exams scheduled for 2023 and 2025. Measures include a CID probe and setting up fast-track courts to address the irregularities. Protesters plan to continue their march to the Jharkhand Assembly on Monday.
