science π°οΈ ISS antenna swap delayed for future spacewalk
Astronauts Anil Menon and Sophie Adenot removed a faulty antenna from the International Space Station during a spacewalk. This operation took place on the ISS, with Menon being from Kerala and Adenot marking her first spacewalk. The spacewalk lasted six hours and twenty-three minutes, but delays prevented the installation of the spare antenna. Mission control decided there wasn't enough time to store the old antenna or complete the replacement. The installation is now scheduled to be finished during a future spacewalk on August 25.
