health 🔬 Israeli tech partners with Bengaluru firm for proton therapy network
P-Cure Ltd. from Israel and ARISTION Proton Center Private Limited from Bengaluru have partnered to launch a network of compact proton therapy centers across India. This collaboration involves an investment of ₹1,900 crore to deploy P-Cure’s synchrotron-based systems. The first center will be at Sentient Health City in Jakkur, followed by similar facilities in Kochi and other cities. Proton therapy is a non-invasive radiation treatment that precisely targets cancer cells, unlike conventional methods. This move aims to provide advanced radiation therapy access across India's large population. 🔬
