business ⛽ Iran uncovers massive natural gas reserves
Iran announced the discovery of over 200 billion cubic metres of natural gas on Sunday. This significant find was reported by Petroleum Minister Mohsen Paknejad in the south of Fars province. The field is estimated to hold more than 160 billion cubic metres of sweet natural gas. This discovery comes as the country's energy sector faces setbacks from recent US-Israeli strikes. New production from this site is anticipated to take several years to start.
