Google is rolling out Guided Vision for Gemini Live, which lets the AI describe what is in front of the user. This feature is part of the September Android Drop and is available to users running Android 9 and above. Guided Vision can help users find items, read fine print, or order from a menu using the phone's camera feed. Google has set up guiderails to provide voice feedback if the camera is not correctly aligned for the query. This new functionality can soon be added to Accessibility shortcuts on supported devices.
