health π€’ Food licences suspended in Mumbai over hygiene issues
Maharashtra's food safety regulator suspended several food outlet licences after inspections found multiple hygiene violations. The FDA took action against Blinkit's Akola outlet and Gulzar Mohmmadi Hotel in Kurla (West). These actions followed findings like pest infestations and failing hygiene scores in different locations. Furthermore, 151 litres of unsafe milk were seized in Miraj taluka, and seal tampering was uncovered. The regulator is increasing scrutiny of food joints and quick-commerce stores across the state.
