π Farm to classroom: dairy turning into education hub
In 2024, Narelle Zanker transformed her 4,000-acre family dairy farm near Mannum into an immersive educational space. Her venture, Dairy Adventures, quickly gained traction by letting visitors experience real food production firsthand. By two years later, the farm had welcomed over 1,200 guests and secured the 2026 Rural Womenβs Award. AgriFutures Australia recognized her for connecting farmers and consumers through hands-on learning and tourism. Zanker now plans to expand by offering virtual farm lessons to students nationwide. π
