π° Ex-Kotak VP bought luxury cars with siphoned funds
The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) filed a prosecution complaint in the Kotak Mahindra Bank fraud case. The investigation targeted Pushpinder Singh, a former deputy vice-president of Kotak Mahindra Bank, and officials in Panchkula MC. Assets worth Rs 131.13 crore were attached, including bank balances and properties. Singh allegedly used the embezzled Municipal Corporation funds to buy luxury vehicles like Porsche and BMWs.
