The draft electoral roll after Delhi's Special Intensive Revision has dropped the electorate from 1.45 crore to 97.53 lakh. A total of 47.56 lakh electors were excluded, marking a 32.8 per cent overall reduction in the count. The biggest group excluded were those marked as permanently shifted or absent, totaling 43.32 lakh names. This 32.8 per cent reduction is the highest among all compared States and Union Territories. Those left out can file claims and objections before the final electoral roll is prepared.
