💧 Harish Rao slams govt over water failures

BRS leader T. Harish Rao accused the Congress government of blaming nature and El Nino for irrigation and energy failures. He pointed out that the Irrigation Minister falsely claimed 84 tmc ft of Krishna water was used, when CWC data showed only 8 tmc ft was utilized. Actual water utilization in Krishna Basin was much lower, with only 28.49% drawn in 2024-25. Regarding energy, he alleged power plants weren't operating at full capacity due to coal shortages.
