health ☕ Coffee might be good for your liver, says doctor
Many people start their day with coffee, unaware of its potential liver benefits. Dr Saurabh Sethi, a gastroenterologist from AIIMS, Harvard, and Stanford, shared his findings on Instagram. His review of over 10,000 liver scans revealed several advantages to regular coffee intake. Specifically, coffee drinkers showed a 49 per cent lower risk of death from liver disease. Both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee may offer liver benefits, suggesting compounds beyond caffeine are key.
