State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir confirmed these discussions are progressing positively. The Makkah Joint Defence Agreement was signed on August 7th to ensure collective deterrence. This unique pact outlines that an attack on one member is considered an attack on all three nations. Dhaka is considering this move while maintaining freedom to engage with other partners.
