Ashok Leyland's Q1FY27 standalone revenue grew 10.4% to βΉ9,634 crore, driven by rising demand. The company saw LCV volumes jump nearly 20% to 19,339 units in the quarter. However, M&HCV market share dropped to 28.6% from 30.2% last year. EBITDA margin fell to a low of 10.1% due to higher raw-material and staff costs. Management expects industry growth to exceed 13-14% in Q2 and is looking at more price hikes. π
