π― Adopted sisters find connection via DNA test
Two Indian-born women, Meena Geltink, 43, and Minal Tijssen, 44, discovered they were biological sisters through a DNA test. They were adopted separately in India and raised in the Netherlands, living close to each other. The test, done in April, showed a rare 100% match, leading to an emotional reunion on August 11, 2026. Both women felt a deep sense of connection and a missing piece being found after years of separation. Now, the sisters spend hours talking, realizing they were sisters all along.
