ποΈ 150 Pakistani brides find way to India via air
Around 150 Pakistani brides managed to reach Indian cities like Nagpur and Ahmedabad through special transit flights. This travel was facilitated by a relaxation from the Ministry of Home Affairs in coordination with a revered shrine in Sindh. The brides arrived between April and June this year, accompanied by approximately 450 relatives in total. This allowed them to recreate the bond of 'sindoor' despite the closure of land borders post-Operation Sindoor. Community leaders hope the Indian government extends this gesture to the remaining 300 girls awaiting their weddings. π°
